Unrealized Loss attributable to any item of Partnership property means, as of any date of determination, the excess, if any, of (a) the Carrying Value of such property as of such date (prior to any adjustment to be made pursuant to Section 5.5(d) as of such date) over (b) the fair market value of such property as of such date (as determined under Section 5.5(d)). Subordinate Certificate Writedown Amount As to any Distribution Date, the amount by which (i) the sum of the Class Principal Amounts of all the Certificates (after giving effect to the distribution of principal and the application of Realized Losses in reduction of the Certificate Principal Amounts of the Certificates on such Distribution Date) exceeds (ii) the aggregate Scheduled Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date.Ĭurrent Realized Loss Ratio With respect to any Distribution Date, the annualized percentage derived from the fraction, the numerator of which is the sum of the aggregate Realized Losses for the three preceding Prepayment Periods and the denominator of which is the arithmetic average of the Pool Scheduled Principal Balances for such Distribution Date and the preceding two Distribution Dates.
